Anatma etle shu? અનાત્મા એટલે શું?

જવાબ:

અનાત્મા એટલે ‘આત્મા (પરમાત્મા)’ સિવાયનો બધો જ ભાગ. કે જેમાં ચૈતન્ય નથી તે બધુ જ.

આત્માની દ્રષ્ટિએ આપણું શરીર બે જ ભાગોમાં વહેચાયેલું છે.

1. આત્મા (પરમાત્મા)
2. અનાત્મા : મન-વાણી-શરીર

What is Anātmā?

Answer: Anātmā means everything except ‘Ātmā (Paramātmā,)’. That which has no consciousness.

In terms of the soul, our body is divided into two parts.

1. Ātmā (Paramātmā)
2. Anātmā: mind-speech-body
